This is a wormhole fun to make, using a lot of old techniques like noise mixers for the colors there are like up to 4 layers of colors in order to make this look cool, another option could be to use curves and colorize the resulting noise too but here you got better color of intensities.

The shader for the particles is really simple, the colors are managed by the particles system, then using the curvature shader with different vector points to move them in the space using their particle time in the world rather that UVs
